Ice and Lightning

So this was the extra photo from City of Heroes that I completely forgot about... y'know, amidst meeting some seriously hot and awesome famous guys. Keeping in with a lot of the conventions they have at the Hilton, City of Heroes looked towards parties on the Friday and Saturday nights. After I'd gotten all of my photo shoots out of the way I changed into my Flash costume so I could join in with all the cosplay fun! (Absolutely gutted that I forgot my belt though - it just makes it look so much more awesome!)

I'm a big party animal and I love to dance, so I was busy having a boogie on down to Taylor Swift (and got lamely excited over the "I'm lightning on my feet" line) when my very own Captain Cold rolled up. Of course you have to have a photo taken with your nemesis! There was actually another version of him with his hood up, but sadly the quality on that one turned out poo because it was so dark in there. Either way, he still looked awesome!

I was actually really excited about this, because never before the CW Flash show would I have expected to see any Flash villains. Glad the show's giving them some of the recognition they deserve! (and they included Grodd, who was my favourite Flash villain as a kid ffff!) Captain Cold's actually one of my favourites on the show. I love Wentworth Miller's very brattish portrayal of him xDD I will forever have issues with his name though. I don't know if this is just England, but to me 'Snart' is what happens when you sneeze and fart. So of course I've been calling him Captain Fart for a while now |D
